Q: Are all the paintings handmade?
A: Yes, all the paintings are 100% hand-made, oil painted on cotton canvas by the artists.
Q: What are the materials?
A: Our paintings are made with oil, acrylic paint and cotton canvas.
Q: What to do if I would like to order a custom size? Any extra fee included?
A: Please contact us directly by email with the details of painting and size. The price of artwork will change according to the size you need and no extra charge for custom size. Feel free to contact us.
Q: Can I add a frame in your store?
A: We do not provide framing services due to the extreme expensive shipping cost. Also, to protect the painting well during international shipping, all paintings are Rolled (not framed/not stretched) and shipped in a quality plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damage, it’s 100% safe and the painting comes back to its original/flat state once you stretch it on a wooden base.
**You can decide to frame it or simply stretch it at any of your local framing shops, it depends on your taste, it’s beautiful both ways.**
Q: Could I have a preview before shipment?
A: Yes, after your order will be ready, we'll show you the photos of your painting for your confirmation. If you are not satisfied with the painting, you could ask for a redo or pick another artwork.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes, we provide Free Worldwide Shipping. After you place the order, usually the artist will start the painting process in 2 business days. It usually takes 7-15 business days including painting and drying process.
Q: How long does the painting take to arrive?
A: 7 to 10 Business days.

Q: How are the paintings shipped out?
A: We carefully roll up the cotton canvas and place it in a protective tube and then ship out.
After-Sales
Q: Could I make a full refund if I am not satisfied with the painting?
Before started the painting: 90% of the total amount can be refunded (usually the artist will start the painting process in 2 business days.)
Not satisfied in the preview stage: We would love to provide a free-redo (one time) or we could provide the full store credit for customers with 1-year validation.
Not satisfied after receiving the painting: At this stage, we are sorry that all paintings are not eligible for returns or refunds.
